For shipping within Egypt, Monirel offers a full money back guarantee on your order within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to safety reasons, opening the package while the courier awaits is no longer permissible. However, for shipping within Egypt, Monirel offers a full money back guarantee within 7 days of receiving your order at a rate of 54 EGP within Cairo, 66 EGP for governorates (on returns/exchanges)

We want you to enjoy your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the same previous steps.

-Zone 2 Shipping Rates – 50 Egyptian Pounds within Alexandria, El Obour.

-Zone 3 Shipping Rates – 55 Egyptian Pounds (Al Sharqiya, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Ismailia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Port Said, Qalyubia, Sokhna, Suez, Monofia, Beheira, 10th of Ramadan)

-Zone 4 Shipping Rates (Fayoum, Bani sweif, Al Minya): 70 Egyptian Pounds.

-Zone 5 Shipping Rates (Assuit, Sohag, Luxur, Aswan, Qena ): 80~85 Egyptian Pounds.

-Zone 5 Shipping Rates (Borders and Red Sea): 140~145 Egyptian Pounds.
